Please read these Terms of Service (the "Terms") carefully before using the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the App and uninstall it.
These Terms are an agreement between you and us regarding your download, installation, and use of the App. We may modify these Terms when required by law or when features change. All scanning and analysis are performed on your device. We may adjust, suspend, or discontinue features as needed and will try to notify you in a reasonable manner.
You are solely responsible for reviewing items before deletion. We strongly recommend backing up important data before cleanup. Photos deleted through the App typically go to the Photos "Recently Deleted" album (retained by iOS for a limited period). Contact deletions may be permanent. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from your use of the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Scanning may occasionally produce false positives. Always verify results before deleting.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data.
The App's software, interface, icons, text, and related content are owned by us or the respective rights holders. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App except as permitted by applicable law.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time. We may terminate access if you violate these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
